Miwa has never played bass, so Saeko opts to teach her. After careful consideration (and lots of hotheaded Saeko yelling) they have a lineup: Mikkun on vocals, Miwa on bass, Lucha and Saeko on guitar, and Hiro and Tsuruta on drums. This is where Saeko quickly asks her out, and after a lot of questionable peer pressure, Miwa says yes.įast forward to the first official band meeting, and all the band members are deciding who will do what. While on the walk, Saeko drunkenly comes out as lesbian and in return Miwa does the same. The party ended shortly after and the two girls walked each other home. Miwa says she ran away from the party, Tsuruta confesses he likes her, and before Miwa could decide how to respond- Saeko barges in and breaks up the tension. During said party, Tsuruta finds Miwa outside, standing alone.

To join, they have to attend the band club meeting- a party with drinking and stuff to let the newcomers get to know each other and familiarize themselves with the club.

After talking they look at a flier for a band club wanting new members, and decide to join after Saeko convinces Miwa. Volume one starts off with Miwa and Saeko talking about the first time they met- bumping into each other while walking, and Saeko commenting on her cleavage. But when their casual friendship starts to become something more, Miwa begins to wonder-can a pragmatic proposal lead to true love?' 'At first it seems like things won't work as their personalities clash and misunderstandings abound.
